Document Management (collectively including all drawings and written documents) within one's own group, such as Engineering can often be well controlled. However, as documents get distributed to the Procurement and Construction Groups, the risk of timely distribution (Controlled Copies) becomes more prevalent. If care is not taken, it is not uncommon for procurement (material ordering or vendors) or construction  group are holding obsolete or superseded documents.

Dossiers & Translation Service

Ensuring that the latest approved documents are in use is key to meeting performance and compliance. We ensure that the documents being used at the construction site and at contractors factory are current, and that FAT are in line with these documents.

The importance of accurate As-Builts cannot be overstressed. We ensure that the As-Built documents are properly recorded, in a complete and clear form, and that the end result is consistent across documents with the build. ​

Construction work packages, QA\QC and ITPs, as well as various dossiers for mechanical completion and commissioning are within our offering. We also provide translation service between English, Spanish, Portuguese and French on site, as part of the Project Data Books.
