EPCI Solutions provides Consultancy, Management and EPC Services in Renewable and Traditional Energy Industries, from project development through to execution. Electrical – Instrumentation – Networks.Project Management, Engineering, Procurement, Construction and Innovation. Our market segment covers :
Our key focus areas where we can help include:
Disciplinary Areas:
|
Our mission is to provide solutions and support, for reduced project cost, without compromising performance or schedule. |
EPCM (Project Management, Contract Management. Engineering, Procurement and Construction Management) Services
Projects are often completed under an EPCM Contract. Its common under this contract to for the EPCM to subcontract specialty disciplines such as Electrical and Instrumentation, while the EPCM entity focuses on other primary works such as Civil, Structural, Process, Machinery and HSE.
By subcontracting the work to a competent organization, such as EPCI Solutions, it improves performance and efficiency. We work closely with the primary EPCM Contractor or Customer, as if our team was part of your own organization. For Electrical and Instrumentation work, we provide the following services that are properly integrated to the main project activities: Learn more about our EPCM Services |
EPCM is a services-only contract, under which the contractor performs engineering, procurement and construction management services. In an EPCM arrangement, the client selects a contractor who provides management services for the whole project on behalf of the client. |
Innovation
By combining our years' of experience with the ever-changing landscape in project execution, we have developed a new process in the design, build, installation and commissioning of electrical and instrumentation buildings for large onshore projects.
Our innovation has significant advantages in "Total Cost and Schedule" compared to traditional and current methods, but most noteworthy is the improvement in safety.

Innovation is the practical implementation of ideas that result in the introduction of new goods or services or improvement in offering goods or services. |
Renewable Energies and Offshore Wind
Our transition to renewable energy and the challenges they bring, also bring economic development opportunities.
It is rewarding to follow the transition of "Oil Companies" to "Energy Companies", and apply their expertise in offshore oil and gas, to offshore wind technology. We have substantial experience with offshore oil & gas companies, and work in many different areas to support them. As we transition to Offshore Wind, we too will be supporting them by applying expertise in:

Offshore wind farms can help reduce our reliance on fossil fuels, but require massive investments and predictable levels of wind intensity. (Tom Sexton, Head of Renewable Energy, Aon). |
Onshore Projects
Our experience in chemical plants covers all phases, from bid phase through to final delivery, with projects ranging from small stand-alone plants to mega projects with costs exceeding US$10 billion.
Modularization has become necessary to reduce schedule and costs, Moving manhours off-site to fabrication yards also helps improve safety. Modularization includes Pipe Racks, Process Modules and Packaged Substations/Instrument Buildings. We have experience in various process plants including:

A chemical plant is an industrial process plant that manufactures chemicals, usually on a large scale. The general objective of a chemical plant is to create new material wealth via the chemical or biological transformation and or separation of materials. |
Marine and Offshore Projects
Our experience in Marine and Offshore engineering covers a span of almost 30 years, where we have been engaged in all phases from engineering through to building and commissioning.
Although our focus has primarily been on Electrical, Instrumentation, and Control Systems, our experience includes Main Machinery and Deck Systems. Our work is performed according to International Class Requirements, such as ABS, DNV, LR, BV and other recognized International Classifications. Some of the projects that we have completed include:
