Mechanical Completion, Hook-Up & Commissioning

The follow on phase from Equipment and Bulks Installation Works includes the Mechanical Completion, Hook-Up and Commissioning Phases of the Project. EPCI Solutions provides the following typical service:​

Mechanical Completion

• Verification of QA/QC documents that all equipments and bulk materials have been installed according to installation documents
• Review of Punch Lists to verify status of A/B punch items are accurate and complete
• Manage / attend to punch items to facilitate HUC/Commissioning Phase

Hook-Up

• Electrical - verify that all cables have been landed correctly and terminated in accordance with the plans
• Piping - verify all piping systems have been signed off as MC, and ready for final connection / flushing / purging / filling in preparation for commissioning.
• Ducting - verify all ducting systems have been signed off as MC, and ready for initial operation, including all dampers / flow control devices, and control stations

Commissioning

• Planning of test schedule identifying key activities for temporary equipment and personnel
• Preparation of system for commissioning and management of all notifications including customer/surveyor.
• Logistic support towards and installation of, all temporary equipment required to support commissioning of the system.
• Bringing up systems in a safe and coordinated manner
• Ensuring all documentation is available to record the process and to sign off.
